Makenzie Cox received her Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas in 2017. Her love for East Texas and small town living is what brought her back to her hometown of Winnsboro. Makenzie, a 4th generation resident of Wood County, is a member of First Baptist Church, serves on the Autumn Trails Board, and is an alumna of Alpha Phi. She is passionate about serving, building relationships, and giving back to Winnsboro’s community.  The knowledge she has gained through her educational, professional, and personal experiences have provided her with valuable skills she uses on a daily basis. With her background in marketing she is excited to offer unique services to her clients and create advertisements that help current and future sellers and/or buyers.
