Tracie Wallace was raised in East Texas and, like her parents, is a graduate of Kilgore High School. Wanting to stay close to her beloved hometown, she chose to attend Stephen F. Austin State University where she earned her Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies and her Masters of Education.
